Cleaning Technician Requirements & Qualifications

Salary: $15 entry level, $16 + broom and ladder work

Job Description:

Clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential structures, which are 1 to 3 stories in height and are in various locations that will require drive time between jobs, along with a commitment to complete all work that is issued. Maintain a positive attitude that seeks to please the customer with extraordinary service. Customer service oriented.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand on feed for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Must be able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrists and arms. Must be able to work with arms above head.

Must be able to bend and squat to ground level.

Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 0-110 degrees.

Must be able to assemble, lift and clime ladders up to 40 feet.

Must be able to lift and control long pole.

OTHER IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS:

Maintain equipment Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must provide driving record from the BMV.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have the ability to read a street guide and follow directions.

Must have a friendly personality and be willing to please the customers.

Must write legibly and speak clearly.

Must be able to count money and make change.

Must be willing to wear company uniform.

Must be self-motivated and be able to work alone.

Hours of availability 6AM-5PM/sometimes later, but will let know.

Must be available to work some Saturdays. Must follow directions.
