Assists in daily operations in the Arena for events and building coverage, room/event preparation, and responding to client inquiries as directed. Duties also include providing assistance in organizing and preparing documents and other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Weekend and evening hours are required. Associate’s Degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired. Two years of related experience. Working experience in a busy, customer service-oriented position desirable. Experience in educational environment preferred. Outstanding communications skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships with internal and external clients. Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level with the demonstrated ability to utilize and apply Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as specialized software programs and computer applications. Ability to learn and apply office practices, procedures, policies, and regulations that are essential to the position. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to bend, reach, stoop and crouch, sometimes in a secured and confined space. Must be able to work weekends and nights depending upon schedule. Must be able to push, pull and lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Annual salary of $43,655 with benefits.
