Banquet Server

Celebrations on the River, La Crosse’s #1 wedding venue is hiring part-time Banquet Servers for a busy 2024 wedding season. This position is primarily Fridays and Saturdays serving guests at weddings and banquet events. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing food service to wedding guests quickly and efficiently, with a positive attitude.

PART-TIME | FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS

Responsibilities:

• Serving Appetizers and Entrees to Guests in a Timely and Professional Manner
• Working Buffet Rooms and Serving Plated Dinners
• Keeping Appetizer and Dessert Stations Stocked, Clean and Organized
• Clearing Tables After Dinner Service
• Re-Stock and Clean Buffet Rooms and Server Stations
• Execute Opening and Closing Procedures
• Connect, Engage, and Deliver Fantastic Customer Service

Qualifications:

• Available Fridays and Saturdays, typically 4pm – 9pm
• Serving Experience Preferred. But Willing to Train Too
• Positive, Polite, and Friendly Attitude
• Responsible and Reliable
• Team Player. Ability to Work Well with Others and Help as Needed

Compensation:

• $12-$14+/Hour + Tips
