IT Business Analyst - Sales
IT Business Analyst - Sales sought by DPI Specialty Foods Inc. in Ontario, CA 40 hrs/wk. Wage range for role: $115,000-$140,000. Duties: Daily support of Order to Cash process flow involving Order import and creation, Pricing, Promotions, Order Workflow, and Invoicing in DPI's Oracle EBusiness Suite ERP Application. Support involves core Oracle modules Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Trade Management, Integration with Siebel application and EDI, and interfacing with modules like Inventory, Purchasing, Shipping and AR. Monitor order import processes, troubleshoot and resolve issues while adhering to SLAs defined for support tickets. Write simple SQL scripts for researching issues and generating custom data extracts. Implement new process flows in Oracle ERP based on business initiatives. Gather requirements, provide solution recommendation, prepare detailed functional specifications and work with development team to deliver customized solutions. Document scenarios and test functionality for quality assurance. Conduct workshops with business users to assist with user acceptance testing. Validate accuracy of sales dashboards and underlying data extract used in Oracle BI application. Remote Work/Telecommuting available, must live within same MSA as worksite located at 930 S. Minimum Requirements.: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related and 5 years of experience in the role of IT Business Analyst, or as a Systems Analyst, Consultant, or related occupation; 5 years of experience in configuring
Oracle EBS modules like Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Shipping, Purchasing and Accounts Receivables. 2 full Oracle Order to Cash life cycle implementations from design to go-live. Completion of 1 project involving Advanced Pricing leveraging custom functions and pricing formulas. 2 years of experience with Oracle EBS schemas and tables used in the creation and processing of sales orders to troubleshoot and resolve issues and writing simple queries for ad hoc reporting.
