Hampton by Hilton Is Currently Hiring For The Following Position *Front Desk Agent Salary: $18 - $19 per hr. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, checking them in and out, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and handling guest inquiries or complaints with efficiency and courtesy. You will also process payments, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is well-organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Prior hotel or customer service experience and knowledge of reservation systems are preferred. A positive attitude and a strong commitment to hospitality are essential.
