Seasonal Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist
This is an entry-level position with growth opportunities within an Outdoor Education organization. This position will be a member of a small team who focuses holistically on all aspects of the customer experience and journey, and will be an integral part in how customers perceive Keystone Science School. Keystone Science School (KSS) runs on-campus and camping-based Outdoor Education field trips for schools August-May as well as overnight educational programs. For Summer, KSS runs a full suite of summer camp and adventure programming. Due to the dual nature of the organization, the duties of the Customer Experience Specialist will vary based on season. This position primarily focuses on the interactions between Keystone Science School and those who attend programming but could be occasionally called on to support programs as a substitute. Given the diverse population of our student body, this Customer Experience Specialist must be a fluent Spanish Speaker.
