General Description

Serve fast casual restaurant customers by taking orders and payment, preparing food, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Benefits

·         Starting pay is $10.50 per hour

·         Full time work is available

            Insurance and holiday pay after 90 days

·         Vacation and float days after one year

Duties

·         Ring on the register by listening to a customer’s order and accurately entering it in the system.

·         Prepare food in the back of house using proper sanitation and demonstrated techniques

·         Cook on the fryer

·         Collect food to complete an order

·         Deliver the food to the customer and meet their needs and requests

·         Clean the kitchen area, lobby, and exterior

Necessary Capabilities – reasonable accommodations may apply

·         Must be able to use technology for the register, phone, and tablet to take orders

·         Must be able to calculate math for cash transactions and inventory control

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time

·         Must be able to stay on feet for 8 hours within state guidelines for break periods

·         Must be able to take direction from a supervisor

·         Must be able to work on a team and cooperate with others

·         Lawrence’s does not accept anyone that uses drugs illegally

·         Lawrence’s performs background checks and takes violent or theft related charges into consideration when hiring
