Director of Engineering

Annual Rate of $110K plus annual bonus This position is responsible for maintenance needs at the Mountain Lodge including its 6 acres property.

The essential skills needed for this position are: -Ability to maintain an effective and efficient work force -Understand, maintain and manage department budgets and forecasts, to also include cost management -Previous management leadership skillset necessary -Coordinate and implement property wide capital improvement projects to include contract negotiation, permitting, etc. -Maintain and coordinate a Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Program for lodging units on property -Maintain good Owners’ relations -Ensure the Engineering team participates in continued education and new skill sets training -Manage outside contracts and vendors -Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary and required in dealing with coworkers, vendors and customers
