PARC Aspen is looking for a hospitality driven professional to take on the position of General Manager (GM). The GM will oversee all aspects of operations for the restaurant and assist the Owner to ensure that day-to-day business operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role will also ensure the financial and service goals of the restaurant are met, if not exceeded. The GM will play a direct role in bolstering our company culture, team member training, overall guest experience, and ensuring that office and administrative tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner. The GM is responsible for operating in line with budget goals including labor percentages, COGS, and sales numbers. The best candidate will thrive by working closely with the Owners, Executive Chef, Director of Beverage & Wine, and line level team to promote and drive the PARC Aspen team culture. Given that this role will be constantly guest facing, we ask that the ideal candidate would always conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner while keeping the best interests of the restaurant in mind.
