Pastry Chef - Supervisor
Pascaline Patisserie & Cafe - Pascaline Fine Catering is hiring a Pastry Chef with 5+ years professional pastry and baking experience for the opening of their new location
The candidate will be responsible for the production of all baked goods served in the Patisserie and Catering events
Must have great organization skills, be attentive to details, be proficient in wedding cakes creation, sponges, custards, laminated doughs , quick breads, cookies and breakfast pastries
He/She will have to be a self starter, creative, a good motivator and possess good communications skills to lead and collaborate with a diverse staff
Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and early morning shifts when necessary
Pastry / Baking certification is preferred
This is a full time Salaried Position- Salary based on experience
