Coffee Shop Short Order Cook / Manager
Oversee daily operations of single location food service venue inside Bowling Center Coffee Shop. You will need the ability to prepare and cook all items on the menu. Have the ability to create menus for special events and coordinate staffing. Carry out normal food service duties in a standard short order environment, grilled food, fried food, salads, sandwiches, appetizers etc. Organize and maintain a clean working facility adhering to all health department regulations. You will need to provide a Managers Servsafe certificate and maintain it throughout your employment. You will need the skill to place orders on behalf of the company for all food and supplies necessary to operate the Coffee Shop. Keep a well balanced relationship with our distributors. Planning and Managing all Coffee Shop employees. Providing work schedules. Monitor food costs and ways to improve profit margin. Create special food menu items that are creative, delicious and cost effective. Have the ability to interact with a wide array of customers. Be friendly, courteous and welcoming. We are a small business and people come here to have fun. We would like them to enjoy some good food and beverages, feel they were taken care of and had a good time.
